- Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Due to hygiene reasons, items such as wigs, makeup, and accessories (e.g., masks, stockings) are non-returnable unless unopened and in original packaging.
How to Return

- Once approved, you will receive an email explaining return instructions.
Ship the Package
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
